What to Expect

During your pre-visit consultation call, we’ll schedule your physical. Here’s what happens next:
  • A triage nurse will reach out to gather your health information.
  • You’ll have a full health check during a half-day session, including meetings with a registered dietitian and clinical exercise physiologist.
  • We conduct a same-day review of results with you.
  • You’ll leave our clinic with a year-long access to the program, a clear picture of your overall health and a plan to optimize your health for the year ahead.
