How do I enroll?
How will this work with my insurance plan?
When you are ready to enroll, your dedicated patient navigator will help you understand how the program works with your specific health plan and explain what, if any, out-of-pocket expenses you should expect to pay.
Here is a brief explanation of how the program works with various plans:
If you’re on a PPO plan and enroll in a MyHealth bundle, you and your dependents will have low to no out-of-pocket costs. This applies to two of Ryman’s medical plan options:
- Traditional Plan
- HDHP (High Deductible Health Plan) with Copays
If you are enrolled in or switch to a HDHP with HSA at any point in the calendar year and enroll in a MyHealth Bundle, you will be responsible for meeting your deductible for the calendar year in which you are participating in your bundle.
A MyHealth Bundle Navigator will walk you through the information around participating in a Bundle with a HDHP during the enrollment process.
