    How do I enroll?

A MyHealth Bundles patient navigator must enroll you in the program. Click here to schedule a consult with a patient navigator.

How will this work with my insurance plan?

When you are ready to enroll, your dedicated patient navigator will help you understand how the program works with your specific health plan and explain what, if any, out-of-pocket expenses you should expect to pay.

Here is a brief explanation of how the program works with various plans: If you’re on a PPO plan and enroll in a MyHealth bundle, you and your dependents will have low to no out-of-pocket costs. This applies to two of VUMC’s medical plan options:

    • Aetna Select
    • Aetna Plus

If you do change plans to an Aetna Health Savers high deductible health plan (HDHP) at any point in the year, the below information will become applicable to you.

If at any point in the calendar year you're on the Aetna Health Savers plan and enroll in a MyHealth bundle, you will be responsible for meeting your minimum federal deductible for the calendar year in which you are participating in your bundle.

    • If you have not hit the required spend within the calendar year, this will apply toward your bundle.
    • Billing for the difference occurs in the spring of the following calendar year to allow for all the previous year's claims to have time to process. You will receive a notice toward the end of the calendar year to remind you of the federal threshold for your HDHP responsibility. This notice will allow you to work toward meeting the balance with other needed health care services to help you avoid out-of-pocket costs.
