MyHealth Bundles
Vanderbilt's MyHealth Bundles program covers many complex health conditions at low to no cost for employees of Vanderbilt Health and several other companies. Because each employer selects the bundles it wants to offer to its workforce, the bundles offered may vary.
Making a referral is simple:
- Check the list of participating employers below to see if your patient may be eligible for a MyHealth Bundle through their employer health plan.
- Provide your patient with contact information to reach our patient navigators. (Patients can call the number or scan the QR code to the right.)
- Please note: Patients must enroll in the bundle with a patient navigator before starting their bundle care.
Schedule
Patients can schedule a call with one of our patient navigators, who will walk them through eligibility and enrollment, and help schedule the first appointment.

MyMaternityHealth
MyMaternityHealth includes everything required to take care of women from the inception of their pregnancy through their delivery and the first three months as a new mom. Patients must be in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy to enroll.
MyHearingHealth
MyHearingHealth provides patients with simplified access to cochlear implant surgery, streamlining the entire process to a single-day experience in many cases.
MySpineHealth
MySpineHealth includes coverage of three common spine procedures: cervical fusion, lumbar fusion and lumbar laminectomy.
MyOrthoHealth
MyOrthoHealth includes coverage of osteoarthritis of the hip and knee, hip and knee replacement procedures, and shoulder pain not caused by accident or injury.
MyWeightLossHealth
MyWeightLossHealth provides patients with a streamlined and personalized approach to surgical weight loss.
MyUrologyHealth
The MyUrologyHealth Bundle coordinates all the services needed to treat active kidney stones successfully and prevent them from returning.
MyRecoveryHealth
MyRecoveryHealth includes treatment for substance use disorders that aims to provide the right level of care to each individual.

MyHeartHealth addresses cardiac arrhythmia, including atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter and supraventricular tachycardia. This bundle includes two electrophysiology (EP) procedures—catheter ablation and left atrial appendage closure.

MyOncologyHealth relieves some of the burden and uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis by offering education and expert support from a registered nurse navigator. The navigator will provide education on topics such as diet and nutrition, chemotherapy, mental health, and disease-specific support for common cancers. Traditional insurance coverage applies to MyOncologyHealth. Patients will be responsible for paying all out-of-pocket costs.
