Reintroducing Care Delivery Services: The New Normal

As our network continues to address the changing landscape of COVID-19, we have the opportunity to collaborate in the transition to the new normal of care delivery. While there’s no post-pandemic guidebook on how to best navigate these changes, network health systems and practices have been working hard to test and implement best practices in patient quality and safety.

During this interactive virtual discussion, we’ll share plans for reintroducing care delivery services over the next 4-6 weeks. We invite you to ask questions of network colleagues as they provide insight into their efforts.

To kick off the discussion, a statewide panel of network clinicians and administrators will communicate the top ways they plan to reintroduce services. They’ll discuss:

  • Preparing staff members for a safe return to work
  • Enhancing waiting room and check-in policies
  • Continuing to proactively leverage telehealth visits
  • Addressing COVID-19 testing and positive cases
  • Educating patients and making them aware of changes
  • Accessing network resources for support

The session will also include plenty of time to address your questions via live chat. You can also submit questions and ideas ahead of time to [email protected].
